I said I would post my results (if I had any) after two weeks of doing Bodyrock’s 30 day workout challenge.

So here they are!

So far, I’ve lost an inch from my waist and half an inch from my thighs. I can definitely notice my abs are more defined and my thighs are looking leaner. I eat pretty healthy, but I may have had better results if I hadn’t had those few organic animal cookies or a couple reese’s peanut butter cups. But hey, I’m human.
