I’ve been trying so hard this week to eat extra clean. It’s hard at times but I want some defined abs! Anyone have some tasty clean eating recipes??
I’m getting married in 3 months in the Bahamas, so I’m willing to do whatever it takes to get me in the best shape before then. Normally I get bored of doing the same workouts week after week, so I like to change it up. I’m on a mission to find the best workouts and tips to stay fit.
