I’ve been doing the TRX 6 days a week (for the past 3 weeks) and I’ve cut my cardio down to 20-30 minutes a few days a week.
I’ve lost another pound. Which is exciting because I had plateaued- which is why I kicked up my workouts.

Bodyrock.tv results!

I said I would post my results (if I had any) after two weeks of doing Bodyrock’s 30 day workout challenge.

So here they are!

So far, I’ve lost an inch from my waist and half an inch from my thighs. I can definitely notice my abs are more defined and my thighs are looking leaner. I eat pretty healthy, but I may have had better results if I hadn’t had those few organic animal cookies or a couple reese’s peanut butter cups. But hey, I’m human.

I’ll post my results in another two weeks!

This ballet boot camp workout claims you can lose up to 3 1/2 pounds a week-so I gave it a try!

I’ll tell you my results, as everyone’s will differ. Sadly, I didn’t lose any weight and I did it three times a week combined with 5 days of 30 minute cardio. I do believe it’s  great for toning though. The first week I broke a sweat doing this workout. I stopped doing it 3 times a week because I was getting more calf muscle than I wanted. (It was a workout getting my skinny jeans over my calves).

3 months to go!

I’m getting married in 3 months in the Bahamas, so I’m willing to do whatever it takes to get me in the best shape before then. Normally I get bored of doing the same workouts week after week, so I like to change it up. I’m on a mission to find the best workouts and tips to stay fit.
